Usage Instructions:
Upload a JSON file containing polygon coordinate data
Use mouse wheel to zoom (centered at mouse position)
Hold and drag mouse to pan the canvas
Set rotation center and angle then click "Apply Rotation"
Click "Convert to Rectangles" to convert rotated areas to bounding rectangles
Click "Reset View" to restore initial zoom and pan
